MATT JESS, FORMER EXETER CHIEFS PLAYER

MSJ Coaching is the innovation and passion of former professional rugby player Matt Jess. Matt’s career spanned over 16 years, 7 of which at the highest English level of the Aviva Premiership. Clubs include; Exeter Chiefs, Cornish All Blacks, Newport Gwent Dragons and The Cornish Pirates.

Matt brings energy and enthusiasm to all MSJ sessions using his ability and experience to break down technic and learning. Matt’s passion for coaching comes from wanting to see others succeed and through using simple systems and explanation to show how and why so the individual or team develop understanding, generating that “I get it!” moment.
